Team is billed per seat, per organization. Every member takes one seat, and the team's credits are shared across all of them. Solo is for one person. Each organization has its own plan, so a subscription covers that organization only.

Credits pay for Ask, Organize, Coverage and imports. You'll see an estimate before an AI task and a quote before an import, so you know what something uses before it runs. Writing, editing, ordinary search and working together don't use credits. Your plan's credits arrive every month, and unused ones don't roll over.

Ask, Organize, Coverage and new imports pause until you have credits again. Documents, boards, ordinary search and collaboration stay available, and so do the calling hours that come with Communications. On Solo and Team you can buy extra credits from Billing at any time, and automatic top-ups stay off unless an admin turns them on with a monthly limit.

Not for the time Communications includes. Talks, Circles and Meetings come with Communications on Team and Enterprise, and use its calling hours. If a call needs more time, a billing admin can approve extra call time, and that time uses credits. Recording is part of Communications too.

Available on Team and Enterprise. It brings Messages, Talks, Circles and Meetings, with 6 video hours and 10 audio hours of calling a month per seat, pooled. Each account also gets 8 hours of meeting recording and 2 hours of recorder setup a month, shared by its members. Add it from Billing in the app. The recorder can join Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls.

Founding members join by invitation and pay the normal price. That price stays the same for 12 months, and you get 500 welcome credits to use within 90 days. There are no coupons or discounts.
